Where Is My Order?

How Do I Track My Order?

I Haven't Received My Order After the Elapsed Delivery Window, Where is it?

In the event that your order has not been successfully delivered past our shipping window, please contact us so we can investigate the matter for you!

We have very few issues with lost packages but they do happen. If we happen to conclude that we are at fault for a missing, or incorrect order, we make sure to either offer a complementary replacement, or a full reimbursment!

Returns & Refunds

Do You Accept Returns?

Yes!

 

You can return your product within 30 days of receiving it. All returned items must be sent back to us in their original packagin. Please understand that if the package(s) has been in your possession for longer than 30 days we can't process your return. You must upload image or video evidence of damage, malfunction or issue with your product in order to get the return.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if they don't follow the specified above instructions.

Do you Accept Refunds?

We will only be refunding items that have been damaged upon being received, you must submit an image or video to our email, servicesonipads@gmail.com to begin the refund process. Afterward, our customer service team will get in contact with you within 1 business day.

Can I Cancel/Change my Order?

To ensure our production and shipment of products is not delayed, orders are processed once placed. Therefore, you have the opportunity to cancel/change your order within 24 hours of it being placed for any reason. Outside of this time, we will not be able to cancel/change your order anymore as it has already been processed.

Exchanges

Do You Accept Exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you ordered, let us know at servicesonipads@gmail.com and we’ll ship you a new one, on us!

 

 

Shipping Policy

How long is the delivery time?

  • Upon placing an order, your package will be shipped out withing 2-4 days, we will send you a tracking number in the following 1-2 days as we wait for the tracking information to update.

 

  • Delivery takes 10-15 business days after your package is shipped; you could experience a delay of an additional 3 days if we are experiencing high volume of orders.

  • If your package hasn’t arrived at your doorstep within the time we have highlighted above, then please contact us at servicesonipads@gmail.com.

Tracking your Order

Keep in Mind:

  • When we send you an email regarding your order being shipped, a tracking number will be attached. This email will be sent a day or two after your package has been shipped as by that time the tracking information will be showing data. However, sometimes this isn’t the case, and your tracking number might display “Currently Unavailable” or “Shipment order info received”. Do not be alarmed because this simply means that the tracking number hasn’t been updated yet. Just wait a couple more days and you will get active updates on the whereabouts of your package.
